I just joined verizon 2 weeks ago and got a s23 phone, and I now want to trade it in and get an s24 Ultra. Is this possible so early?
I agreed to the s23 without seeing it or knowing how small it is, and I really want a nicer galaxy, especially because I'm committed for 3 years with Verizon, and would like to enjoy my phone!

Hi, you should be able to trade it in with a $50 restocking fee. Go to a Verizon store, they should be able to help you.
I took my daughter into a Verizon store, she was able to exchange with the $50 fee. I believe you have 30 days to exchange. You could also call customer service first and talk to them. That's what I did. Hope this helps.

You mentioned a contract of sorts (?) for 36 months. I suspect this is linked to the S23 phone you obtained at the same time you signed up? If the S23 was part of the deal, the only way you will be able to trade in the phone is if you pay it off completely. If you received the phone for "free", it is free only if you maintain your service plan for the 36 months, as Verizon is giving you a small credit on your bill each month until the credits add up to the cost of the phone. Getting out of the deal early terminates all the credits and you are then immediately responsible for the cost of the phone.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hey Caramcmillen1022, welcome to the Verizon family! We totally get wanting to make sure you're able to enjoy your device! The good news is that all our devices include a 30-day worry free guarantee period. This means if you've changed your mind and would like to exchange your phone for another model, you definitely have the option to do so. I do want to let you know there's a $50.00 restocking fee that will apply. However, please know you can absolutely exchange your phone if you're still within the 30 days of purchase. To learn more, click here: https://www.verizon.com/support/return-exchange-procedures/
We hope this helps!

Since you've owned the S23 for only 2 weeks, you can return the phone, and for a 50.00 re-stocking fee, you can get the S24 phone. Personally, I would get the bigger screen on the S24. Hope this helps
