I see. I, like many have not been receiving their credit from the Iphone Promo back in December 2022. I have the same issue and have numerous Chats with several agents since January 2023.
I'm always asked how much of a credit am I expecting to see, was the phone turned in and do you have the tracking number Then once the agent sees all the previous notes and the 2 promotional correction forms have been already been filled out and not honored, they disappear and a new agent jumps in the chat and says ..how may i help you?? In a chat right now with Agent #2 for today. I've been with Verizon for 8 years in their system, but was with Alltel when they were acquired by Verizon. I thought I'd never leave Verizon, but this is beyond ridiculous. To have to fight for a promo that was offered to me. I would of never done the trade in , the phone was fine and paid off.
So now I have to file a complaint with the FCC and BBB, from what I've read from everyone else in order to get this resolved.
