I'm so sorry to learn you never received your trade-in credits. When did you trade them in? Did you mail in the devices, or did you leave them at a store?

May I ask did you receive Submission ID numbers for the traded-in devices? Please don't provide the numbers here. Verizon takes protecting our customer's personal and account information very seriously.
