I traded in 2 google pixel 3 XL's on pixel 6 Pros but have never received the trade in credit $100/phone

I'm so sorry to learn you never received your trade-in credits. When did you trade them in? Did you mail in the devices, or did you leave them at a store?

October of 2021 is when they were traded in. We shipped them in with the trade in boxes that were sent to us.

As a valued customer, your account concerns are our concerns too. Hearing that you traded in devices and that you've not received a status update since October 2021 is very concerning. We apologize for your inconvenience.
May I ask did you receive Submission ID numbers for the traded-in devices? Please don't provide the numbers here. Verizon takes protecting our customer's personal and account information very seriously.
