PHONE HAS NOT SHIPPED REFUND NEVER HAPPENED. I Ordered a IPhone 12 pro in October it wa supposed to be here in 2 days never came. Called Verizon first person said it would be here that following Monday in Oct but it wasn't so mk update on email confirmation or tracking either. Call again and this person tells me my order has been canceled and I'd be refunded in 3 business days. It's been a month and no money back. I was switching from Tmobile but I'll have to find a different company. I just want my money back
