Went to upgrade my phone back a few months ago. Was confirmed several times through automation of the credit being applied to the new phone. Sent the old phone in. Never received the credit. Talked three times to different reps on three different occasions..and all confirmed the credit I was quoted through the automation. Well....after three months of waiting for the credit. Finally received an email notifying me of a final credit of ten dollars. (The quote was 210.00)
Verizon literally stole my phone. (The one I sent in..and Sold me a new one under false pretense.
I will never upgrade with Verizon again. And I've been a customer of theirs for 20+ years. Speaking of which. ...over the 20 years I've been a customer. I've seen their customer service dwindle to nothing. And yes. . I'm bitter..because I was literally lied to three times by customer service and once by a supervisor confirming what the rep had tole me. All of this can be confirmed by call logs and written correspondence I sent the company.
