I was on the phone with customer service for 2 hrs. I called 2 weeks ago about getting information on trade in on 3 identical iPhone 13 Pro Max and was told 830 on one and 740 for the other 2 but once I was got my new phones and was ready to send the old ones in the prices changed because I only had one line with a โ premium planโ I could get 740 for one and only the minimum 200 on the other 2 phones they only thing I have on the premium phone line is hotspot. I was supposed to have a person higher then a supervisor call me in 24-48 hrs that time came and went by 4 days so when I called back today to up both my plans by 10 dollars on the other 2 lines it took 2 hrs to get trade in information sent to me and get verification of what the 3 phones were worth. I was never offered any compensation for my trouble or my wait time only Iโm told we are sorry !!! For the delay!!! It seem convenient that they say call is recorded for customer service training but when they need information they canโt find the call log. This is the worse experience I ever had with Verizon and it makes me wanna dump them for another carrier. I have 4 cell lines and one iPad line with them and treated like I donโt matter. If this is how they do business they should be ashamed but we know they arenโt because Iโm just a little person
