  • I've been dealing with Verizon for 7 MONTHS now for the same issue! I was offered a promo in Aug, I accepted it. Turns out the business sales rep offered me a promo that wasn't avail yet and that is why my bill doubled! I've spent numerous hours on the phone with them trying to get this sorted out all the while having to put my business phone lines on " do not disturb" because I cannot answer them therefore losing business on top of all this. Every call is probably about 2-3 hrs, 4 or 5 representatives then they disconnect me. If they would just fix my account, my bill would be correct and would show I do not owe a balance. This is absolutely insane at the level of "pass the buck" but the value me as a customer they say....then show it and do your job!!
