Question about trade in promo

Hello, I just had a question about the trade in promo. I upgraded my line to the iPhone 14 Pro Max and used the trade in promo for my old 12 Pro.

Would I be able to purchase a different phone (paying full retail, so no monthly payments on it) and activate that new phone on the same line I used the trade in promo on? If so, what happens to my promo credits and monthly payment? Would that all stay the same?

keezy, got it. I can help answer that question without a private message. The device payment agreement would need to remain active to make monthly payments on the device purchased to keep the trade in promotion. However, you can activate a different phone on that line to use and still keep the promotion. Here is a web page https://www.verizon.com/support/device-deals-faqs/ with all the details. Thanks for the reply, David. Unfortunately I don’t have access to a desktop/laptop, and every mobile browser I try has the same issue as portrayed in the above screen shot. I’m just looking for a yes or no answer to my question about whether or not I can purchase and activate a new phone on my line after using a trade in promo on it.  I don’t need any account-specific replies via private messaging.
