Rebate never received with purchase of IPhone 14 pro max

I have had the same issue and have been  over looked by Verizon. I purchased an iPhone 14 pro max and was told I would get a 199$ rebate after 2 months. This was because I chose the beats fit pro as part of the deal going on. I was told I had to pay full price for the beats on the spot and 2 month later is would receive the rebate. That never happened and when I tried calling customer support, I got passed around and no one could help. They all recognized that the promotion was a thing but no one could help me get my rebate. I was on a recorded line when I purchase my phone and other accessories. This seems to be a trend by Verizon. I will post on public forums until this is resolved. I encourage anyone else to speak up because many people are not receiving rebates as well. I understand Verizon saves lots of money but it’s not ethically right to the customer to not hold up their end of deal.

I already did that a long time ago with no success. 11/27/2022 was the date I purchased the beats and I paid 234 after tax when I was supposed to only pay the tax in the end after receiving the rebate. But as soon as I made the purchase and agreed to the promo nobody honored it and nobody has been any help.
