Just curious if anyone else has incurred a similar issue attempting a return. I had ordered a 16 Pro with trade in of a 14 Plus, but decided I prefer my 14 Plus for now. When going in to return, it says “This line is not shipped. You cannot refund this line.” But I actively have the phone with me and the order even says it was delivered. I contacted support earlier and they were able to email me a label, but I don’t know if I trust that it will process smoothly since the return isn’t mentioned anywhere on my account. Looking to get any help or feedback.
