Return Shipping Label

We initiated a trade-in of our Flip 4 with Verizon. They informed us that a return shipping label would be sent; however, two months have passed, and we have yet to receive the label or the trade-in credits. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service and consider it to be the worst experience we've encountered. 

We have contacted customer service three times to resolve this issue, but it remains unresolved. Wow!!!

We want you to be able to get your full promotion with the trade in. You can request a new return kit right online using your original trade in submission. You can find that here - https://www.verizon.com/sales/digital/tradeinstatus.html

Is there anything in your My Verizon account showing the promotion in question, where you can print the shipping label yourself?  I'm wondering if the promotion was never applied.  If nobody ever did the paperwork to process the promo, then you need to get Verizon to start whatever the promotion was for you.  Otherwise, the reps are likely to simply be looking for a shipping label, which won't appear if there was no promotion involving it started in the first place.

There is no option to print the label. The reps  said that they will send the shipping label. They promo will be applied once they receive the phone.
