Switched 5 lines plus a watch from TMobile to Verizon only because of the rebate offer. Well it's been almost a year and have not got my rebate of $500 per line plus $100 for the watch. Have called numerous times, reported to BBB and still nothing. They tell you they are working on it, tell you it takes 3 months and it was email, emailed? Who does that? I have My Verizon app, put it as credit... Nope! A month ago I was told by "ANNA" from Verizon that it's fixed and will get it in two weeks, well 4 weeks later and still nothing. Not fair that this BILLION dollar company is doing this to people. There service is not what it used to be anyway, really disappointed. Steer clear. Lastly I have had to start posting about it to tell people don't fall for this, billion dollar company lies and does not give them out, I will continue on all forums I can until this is resolved which probably will never happen. 👎
