Seeking higher level support to resolve an issue

Been struggling for over a month to have Verizon remove a trade in device from an order that was cancelled. The trade in was cancelled in the store and the order of the new device was returned and received by Verizon. I cannot get trade in credit for my current device on a new order I have places until Verizon removes this trade in and updates the system on their end.  Hours on the phone, in store and on chat regarding this issue have resolved nothing. Every representative blames another department etc. The trade in is worth a lot. Anybody have any suggestions as to how to talk to someone โ€œhigher upโ€?
