I came across this option (image below) last night when trying to upgrade my iPhone 14 Pro to the 16 pro. I selected the first option but then never received any confirmation about the credit for $830.
I spoke to many chat advisors and on the phone and nobody could understand what I was saying lol.
Could it be a glitch on the app? I found it strange that the first option doesn't say anything about paying off the device first before getting that offer.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
