Last month at Costco, I switched 2 lines from T-mobile to Verizon as part of the trade-in deals they were offering for the new iPhones. As part of the deal, they offered me $200 gift card for each line being switched to Verizon and $250 Costco Card. I have applied for the $200 gift card rebate couple of times now and both times its not approved. I see similar issues being raised in the community by others and people are made to run around to get this issue resolved. Well, i am in the same boat and could not get my issue resolved. If this was not a real deal then i would not have switched in the first place and perhaps stick with T-mobile. Hence, I would appreciate if Verizon could look into this and honor the deals as offered during switch over. Thank you!

I still haven't heard back from Verizon on this issue. Is anyone else having the same issue?

vzmobile, we're thrilled to learn you recently joined the Verizon family! However, it saddens us to hear about the trouble you've been having trying to redeem the promotions you were qualified for. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account and help find out what's going on. To better assist, we'll be sending a Private Note.

It’s been more than 3 months and no news on the Verizon gift card or the Costco card. I called Verizon and they have some kind of secret escalation process with no reference number and now they are not able to see that in my account. Verizon mentioned they will send me an email about the Costco gift card upon completion of 90 days, but they have no info on that and Costco customer service have no idea about such a deal. Perhaps it was a mistake to switch to Verizon like other people mentioned in the forum.

I just called to verizon and was told we needed to fill out paperwork for the "rebate" and the promotion has ended. That's not what I was told at Costco when I switched from AT&T for over 30 years. The verizon rep at costco stated I would receive a $200 visa gift card in the mail from verizon, along with a $250 digital gift card from Costco in my email (received) for each line brought over. The promotion was too good to pass up and my kids needed new phones. I regret my decision to switch from a very good service. I switched five lines, so for me it equates to $1000. It seems many customers have the same issue. Reply here if you've experienced the same.

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon in Nov 2023, until now I don’t receive the Costco gift cards in mail.

Re: the Costco rebate, see this thread in the Announcements forum. It takes a long time to happen, but that's on Costco. Don't think it is an actual gift card, as the thread mentions getting an email, so you might have had it go to your junk/spam folder in your inbox.

I too have the same problem. I’ve only received one gift card from Costco. And I’m missing the other 4 gift cards, totaling in 1,000. $1,250 total including mine.

Oh, no! Macysee, being on top of your account is crucial, especially if you are having promotional issues. Verizon is here to help.
When did you submit the rebates? How did you redeem them?
