Trying to move my fiancé's phone lines to mine and they refuse honor a small promotional balance that's out there. So i went to att and with the credit they are giving will cover 95% of the promotional balance and we get three new phones. All this for less a month. Ive been with verizon for 20+ years. What a joke.

Oh, wow! The last thing we want is to lose your business. Verizon takes pride in providing top-quality experiences. We are here for you. Please elaborate, what exactly is going on?

We want to make sure that you're getting all of the options, and that we're doing whatever we have to to make sure you know we value you being with us. Let's check out what options we have in a private note and we'll get to the bottom of this.

I have spoken to verizon 3 times about moving my Fiance and her kid to my phone plan. They refuse to let me move the promotional credit for the kids phone to my plan. They did offer me a 50 dollar loyalty credit per month but that has not happened yet and it has been 3 months. Why is it so hard to understand that i can just go somewhere else and get them to pay off my phones.

I have same situation.  Traded in a perfectly good iPhone 8plus for "supposedly" free iPhone 15.  Switching to AT&T for cheaper rate but come to find out, I have to pay $737 for the iPhone 15 before I can do anything.  I got a measly $23 credit for 3 months on the iPhone 8plus.  So they get my old phone for free and my money for the 15.  No transparency when trading.   The only thing they offered me was lowering my bill by $25.  No thank you.   I have been loyal for over 35 years.  Loyalty means nothing.
