We've been w Verizon over 17 years. I'm confused as to how Verizon thinks they can keep a phone that u traded in & remove any credit from the acct, because they didn't receive the phone in 30 days. Why haven't they sent the phone back to me, how do they think they can just keep your phone w no credit given? And I found out they just resale the phone.
If they are given a phone and give you nothing for it HOW? U R NOT GIVING THEM A PHONE FOR FREE SO THEY CAN MAKE MONEY AND YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!. IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING CANCELING VERIZON !! I AM A CONTINUED CUSTOMER FOR SO LONG! SHAME ON YOU VERIZON!! U WILL START TO LOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS BECUZ OF UR POOR JUDGEMENTS!!
