I purchased an IPhone 13 Pro Max in November of 2021. Had no idea that they charged me full price for the phone when I traded in my IPhone 8. I don’t remember the exact promotion but the phone , with trade in, was approximately $600. Now I see they charged me full price for the phone. Yes, I’m beyond livid! Will call them first thing tomorrow morning.

We know how important it is for your promotion to run smoothly. When doing a trade in promotion you will be charged for the original device payment, but you do receive a monthly credit for the trade in. Are you not getting your trade in credit?

As of today, I’ve paid $708 and I have a balance of $491. So where’s the device credit? Considered upgrading and that’s when I found out I still owed $491 on a device I purchased in November of 2021 with trade in credit. If this isn’t rectified, I’m disconnecting my wireless, internet, and cable services.

Thank you for sharing those details. The device is not paid in full until the device trade credit is completely added. That amount is added monthly to your bill under the line details. By upgrading early, it removed the promotion for the trade. To keep that trade credit offer, you need to wait for all the credit to be applied.
