I decided to trade in my iPhone 7 for an iPhone 14 because I had an offer to receive a $350 credit for my old phone, so I took it. I didn’t transfer to my new phone for about 2 weeks after I received it because I ordered the case on Amazon and that was taking forever so I cancelled it and ordered a case from Verizon. I didn’t see that you were supposed to drop the trade-in off at a UPS store, so I had my husband take it to work with him where they have UPS pickup, along with a couple of Amazon returns. I received credit for my Amazon returns last week, but the trade in hasn’t even been scanned and it’s been a week since I dropped it off. I’m going to lose my credit in 5 days and I’m extremely disappointed because I wouldn’t have gotten a new phone if it hadn’t been for the trade-in offer. I’m sure I messed it up, but is there anything I can do? 😞

JMP451, I am sorry to hear that there has been an issue with your trade. There is indeed a limited time for the trade to be received for this promotion to apply. YOu mentioned that your husband took this to work for UPS pick up, is thee any record at his place of employment? Did you use the tracking label that you received for the trade? If that is the label that was used and when you g to UPS to track there is no information available, the best course of action will be to file a claim with UPS. His place of employment doesn’t keep a record and I didn’t see a tracking number, would it have been on the label? If so, is it possible to get a copy of the label? I can’t file a claim without the tracking number.
