Having issues with my Trade-In.. Got credit for 1 of them, but not the other one.  Both were send in exact same MINT condition in the original factory packaging as they came when they were purchased new.  Every time there is a trade-in, I have an issue.  Had issues couple of years back, now have issues with current trade-in.  What they heck is going on?

Hello, vkaneria. Ensuring you receive your trade in is a must. Help is here. May I ask, did you send both devices in the same box? Do you have the tracking number and submission ID for the device in question?

Both were sent in - in the same box - because I was only provided a single UPS label for both trade-ins.

I packaged them both in their iPhone 13 boxes that they came in couple of years ago.  They were both in the same MINT condition.  They were both received on March 8th, 2024, but I was only given assessed value on 1 of them.  Yes, I have the tracking numbers and submission IDs for the device in question.
