Verizon sent me a email saying that they did not receive my traded within 30 days. That is a complete lie because my receipt that I made sure I got from the shipping store and the confirmation online from the shipping store and customer service in chat all confirmed that Verizon had received the trade-in. I even got a text message saying that the trade-in $1,000 credit was applied. I have the text message is key Proof as well. I recorded myself returning it and I have every piece of proof needed. So they need to fix this problem because this is a no-win situation for Verizon.
