Curious if others are still dealing with this issue - I'm seeing several forum posts about trade in problems in the past.
In December of 2023, I agreed to a promotional deal to trade in my Samsung Fold 3 for an $800 credit to switch over from T-Mobile and purchase a new Samsung 23 Ultra. A few weeks later, Verizon sent me the return box and I returned my device the following day.
Fast forward to May of 2024 and I'm now receiving an email stating that the $800 promotional credit has been reduced to $119 because I returned the device outside of the offer window (I didn't).
I've reached out to Verizon support but I'm not optimistic about the outcomes after reading past forum posts. The only other recourse I can think of is to reach out to the BBB. Anyone else have a similar experience recently? Any suggestions on how to resolve?
