Trade In Problems

In April 2023 I upgraded my Pixel to a Samsung Galaxy s23 with the understanding I would receive $800 trade in credit towards the new phone. They sent me the new phone then in turn I sent back my Pixel.  After talking to customer service I was told it takes a billing cycle for the promo to kick iin.  It's been 2 cycles and still no sign of the $800 credit. Called customer service again they said I would see the difference on my bill June 17... And again no changes to my account have been made. Now I'm really nervous. I've been with Verizon 22 years and never experienced a situation like this. Can anyone help with this or point me in the right direction to get it rectified?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
