Trade In phones

I traded in 2  iphones in September.  They were received at the Fort Worth facility.  I was notified of minor deductions on both phones.  It was all posted in MyVerizon.  In November I was notified Verizon never received my phones and my account was wiped clean of the information related to the receipt of my phones.  I do have the tracking number for the receipt of my phones sent back in the proper Verizon packaging.

I have spent easily 10 hours with customer service who simply can not do anything.  

I have been a good Verizon Customer and I deserve better than this.  I am left with the conclusion that Verizon is stealing trade in phones and leaving customers with no recourse.
