We were at Costco Verizon Kiosks, and the agent at counter mentioned the $1000 trade-in and the $250 from Costco per line, was a what I though a good idea. Turns out what I see after a couple of calls the trade in is no where near $1000. One of the phones is Iphone 12 Pro Max 250GB (brand new.) We were with AT&T and at this moment our old phone are gone and looking at future bills the (3) new phones are now costing us twice what I was paying with AT&T. Supposed to be a lot less.
During the calls the Verizon agent(s) assured that we were well within the cutoff date. I estimate about 1-2 weeks.
We applied for the offer as we assured by a number of persons that we would get the ($1000 * 3) for the three phones. No So!
I do have the funds for a lawyer and from what I can see viewing this issue occurs rather frequently in different forms of rebates and Customer have to resort to documenting their issues. Should be much easier that it is.
I hope this get some attention.

I know that promotions are a large part of my decision making process, especially with phones and a provider. I am sure this is very similar with your process as well tcolligan4747. We'd like to take a closer look into this concern and see what we can do to help turn this experience around. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

We traded (3) iphone 12 (1 Pro) and (2 ProMax). We were given ecards ($290,$290, and $260). This was accordingg to emails, but in fact the balances are ($2.90,$2.90, and $2.60). The emails were sent out on 8/10/2023. So where is the money. I have the emails and it clearly states the amounts. We were told this verbably as well. Multiple times.
Please give us back our Iphones 12s and I will give you($2.90+$2.90+$260)
Robot does not listen to the customer, it has canned steps it takes not matter what you ask.
As you can see this has been a nightmare and dealing with your automated robot is so much fun. Where is the true customer service.
