Return trade in phone credit never received. Returned Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G UW Cloud Mint via Verizon supplied box with Verizon prepaid UPS Label. UPS Tracking information shows box was received on 05/26/2023 at 4:12 PM, Watertown MA US by a UPS location. I was promised $800 credit for this return. UPS tracking information shows the package "On the Way" It has been 73 days since ship date and Verizon has not issued any credit. I cannot file a claim with UPS because Verizon is the shipper via their prepaid label and the receiver in Fort Worth Texas. Phone was for line last 4, 0103. It appears other customers have been helped by BBB. I have called Verizon multiple times regarding this issue to no avail. What is the best way to proceed?

After approximately 1 hour 27 minutes chatting with the representative I was offered a partial payment and advised to seek further reimbursement with UPS. I have no standing with UPS. It was a Verizon box, Verizon label being shipped to Verizon. I wish everyone else well in your negotiations with Verizon.
