My husband traded in the iPhone 14 Pro Max and got my the iPhone 16 for Christmas this year. However, after multiple attempts, calls, and customer service chats, I still do not have a return label to send my phone back. I am very frustrated and upset at how unprofessional Verizon is handling this. At this point, if my old phone isnโt sent back, they will charge me for it because of an issue on THEIR end. Anyone else have this issue? I just need my return label. So frustrating.

Help is here as we can assist with getting you a new trade-in label for return. Do you have the trade-in submission ID?

Not sure why my reply was deleted, I have had numerous phone calls with Verizon and no solution. They tell me I am wrong. I got my new phone and need to send my old one back. I need a return label. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable

You're definitely not the only one. My guess as to why it's so hard to get a return label is because when you call, it goes to an overseas call center who can't access UPS or whatever shipper site it is to generate a return label. The quickest way to get a label is to see if you can print one through your My Verizon account instead.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
