Trade in ANY phone ANY condition

My order at Christmas was a nightmare and took over 6 hours of my time. They canceled my first order without my authorization, they didn't get the 2nd order processed, and finally, I had to place a 3rd and 4th order. By this time, they had removed the free activations. When I received my phones, we had ordered 3 phones and 2 watches, we used information from my verizon account and email to return the devices. When completing the trade in questionnaire they only asked about the phone battery. I traded in a perfectly working/no cracks 13 Pro Max 256GB, a 13 Pro with cracked back, and a 12 or 13 Pro cracked screen, both of which I could have fixed before trading in IF they hadn't advertised ANY phone ANY condition. I tried to find anything that stated they would not give me full credit for any of the phones. However, my trade in credit for 3 devices (one with no cracks or issues) was a total of $531. Barely a fraction of what they advertised. I also had to upgrade my plan to qualify (which is significant with 5 lines). They make the bills so difficult to understand with credits that I don't think I received free activation on any of the 5 devices. This has now increased my bill by over $230. Did anyone get the credit that was advertised and if so, how did you get them to actually live up to the advertisement. I knew I should not have trusted them or upgraded!
