Trade in Credit issue

It has been 8 months since the phone has been returned , but the trade in credit is not reflected on the bills. Every customer service representative that I have talked till now apologizes for what has happened and offers to fix it in the subsequent billing cycle and nothing happens after that. Really frustrated with this whole thing and the time spent on this issue. Nobody has the time to spend hours every month talking to Verizon reps and this ending up nowhere.
