Trade in Device credit not applied to bill

I recently traded in a device and was suppose to receive 215 dollars in device credits over the course of 36 months. I traded the device in store and have the receipt showing it was received. However my second bill just came out and I have still not received any device credits.

Sign in AC, click the next bill estimate, you will see next 2 months billing, you will see ==== 1 of 36 $215 credit, if you do not get it, CALL CS

I’m aware of how to check my next bill estimate and have been. There is no credit on next bill estimate. I’ve also tried contacting CS several times but I’m put on hold for a long wait time and 30 minutes later I’m still waiting and I need to get to work.

Hi Ahyche, please know that it is normal for trade-in credits to take 2-3 bill cycles to apply. Do note that any missed promotional credits that have accumulated will be applied in lump sum to your following bill cycle as long as all promotional requirements have been met. If come your third bill cycle and your bill credits have not applied, please reach out. We are here to help!
