My family purchased a phone at the end of November 2022.  My daughter in law sent her trade in by UPS on December 7, 2022.  It was delivered to the Fort Worth facility at the dock on December 8, 2022. Our promo was removed at the end of January because Verizon says they don't have the phone.

What recourse do we have when UPS shows the delivery was made? I am so frustrated. I am ready to move 5 phones to a different carrier.

cannot deny the fact all carriers are lousy. 

lower than belly of a snake. But they have nice words IN THE BEGINNING. But usually more often than NOT it will be nothing done, PAY UP or Leave .  Not one instance that Verizon has come through.. you need to call and waste SOOOooo much time and the usual result 

LIP SERVICE. My devices shipped and delivered but NO their site says in transit but “ WAIT 100 days for an ASSESSMENT from inept people.

PROVE ME WRONG please. billing and billing and billing and site issues Come on . FIX YOURSELF VERIZON . Even your own employees use ATT !!!

i got to speak to a person in “  Executive offices “ YEAH RIGHT let's  see. I fear i need to ask for counsel for  proper remedy  AS FEEL it will be when the ASSESSMENT AFTER WAITING 30 or 60 or 90 days !!! that my devices show as not received and not same condition as when delivered months from now
