On August 4th I added a line on my account with the trade in promo for $1000 off. I received the Z Flip 5 on August 10th and then shipped back my S21 Ultra on August 14th, for the trade in promo. On October 4th I got an email stating that I will receive the promo credit of $27.77 for 36 months. Come to find out for some reason my trade in got canceled after it was already shipped out. But what about the email about them receiving my phone and I receive promo. I would like to have this resolved. There's no reason for me not to get this promotion credit when I shipped the phone in a timely manner and received a confirmation email that I will receive promo credits.
