Trade in Issues

Through Verizon chat on Nov. 27, I purchased two new iPhone 15 Pros -- one for my husband and one for myself.
I was told that I would receive a substantial trade-in value for each of our iPhone 11 Pros ($830/each).

I received the new phones on Nov. 29, but did not receive any packaging or mailing labels for the trade-in phones.

I have requested trade-in materials MULTIPLE times, through chat, re-ordering myself online, and then I just spoke to a live Verizon human last week, who assured me that I would receive the mailing labels in 2-3 days.

I AM STILL WAITING.

It is clear to me that Verizon is intentionally NOT sending trade-in materials, probably assuming that frustrated customers will eventually give up.

Never again will I purchase a phone from Verizon!

I am thrilled to report that a Verizon support rep -- probably the 8th one I corresponded with on this issue --  was able to provide me with a path to FINALLY print out a mailing label to send back our two old iPhones for trade-in.

YES:  I  need trade-in materials sent to me so that I can trade in two iPhone 11 Pros for credit on my account!

I am unable to send you a private message. The error message says that I've exceeded my private messages -- although I've not sent any previous private messages.

Please send me your direct phone # so that I can contact you.

The replies from Verizon support have been useless  and vague. If I don't get some valid help tomorrow, I am filing complaints with the FCC and BBB....

We can definitely assist with options to get you trade-in materials.  Do you have a submission id for the trade ins?  You can request resend materials from the original trade in submission.
