I switched for reason and then found out I must change to highest mobile plan to get my two new iPhones for free.

There was up four techs who tole me nothing about upgrading my plan to get the upgrades for free. Not until the last tech did I say WAIT let me read ALL the info on this upgrade and I found out about I must upgrade my plan first.

Should have stayed at my old provider. As a long time Verizon customer now  with Fios and before that DSL and before that dialup and always landline service since the days of Bell Atlantic I feel I was taken advantage of badly. Not sure if I even want to stay with Verizon for any services.
