Trade in Status

I traded in two devices at the beginning of January, one of them has been assessed and credited to my billing cycle. The other is still showing as in process. How long does this usually take?

We understand how important it is for your trade in to run smoothly. Do you have the Submission ID for your trade in? Did you send both trade in's to us in their own trade in kits?
