I traded in my s23 ultra for an s25, the est trade in was $800. Come to find out they gave me $280. The reason stated was that the phone was not active for at least 60 days. I had the phone 2 years and it was 11 days between deactivating and them inspecting it. I've gone in endless circles with customer service and every time they assure me the $800 will be added to my account and now the $280 has been dropped and a $410 added expense is on there. Anyone had issues this bad before with ZERO SUPPORT AT ALL?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the key word I'm seeing in your post is "estimated" trade-in. The final value of a trade-in is determined by whomever receives the trade-in at the warehouse and does the assessment, not the sales people in the stores. Unless you have it in writing that you are guaranteed $800, then the $280 is going to stand. Can't speak for the $410 chargeback as I don't know what's going on there. Wish I had a better answer for you, but at this point I'd be wrangling with Verizon over that $410 charge. ☹️
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
