Trade in delivered but not showing received

I tried to take my trade in to a Verizon store but they said that I had to mail it in since I placed an online order. The associate emailed me a return label which I used to send the phone in via UPS. The tracking number shows the phone was delivered yesterday, 9/9/24. However, the trade-in status on my account still shows initiated not shipped or received. I am getting texts from Verizon threatening to rescind my trade-in credit but they have my phone.

Hello, Etall1335. Help is here. When sending in a device for trade-in, we would still need a few days to process the delivery. Please note, the tracking number only shows that it was received at the warehouse but it still needs to be processed. Rest assured, we take into consideration that trade in must process. The messages you are receiving are automated messages and once your trade in is received and process, you will see an update change on the trade in site.
