Trade in device credit issues

In March I went into the store to upgrade my phone and changed my plan and thought I was doing a trade in. It ended up being an awful experience. I walked out feeling frustrated and confused. The next day I called in to get info about the trade in on what that looks like and she told me that a trade in was never started. The rep was amazing and helped clear up my account and set me up to trade in my device with my upgrade.
Through the whole issue, she communicated with me with updates and ended up providing the full trade-in value even though the phone had damages. On the bill I paid in April for service in March, everything was good and I have a device payment credit 1 of 36 for the full $22.
The last 2 months that credit did not get applied and I have called twice with no success in resolving the issue. I have chat messages with this amazing rep in march who confirmed my trade in and credit. I was told last month by a supervisor that he would be fixing it. I chatted in this month with no clear answers and a promised call back that has not happened yet. Does Verizon keep chat logs with reps from 3 months ago? I would just love to resolve this and have the credit applied properly.
Anyone have a similar experience and success?

We hate to learn your credit has stopped applying. We definitely want you to get all the promotions you are eligible for. Sending over a Private Message so we can look into this for you.

Iโve had a similar experience with trade in. After multiple phone calls and chats, they ended up crediting my account for the missed 2 monthsโ credits but Iโve had to keep checking in with them to make sure that was applied
