Trade in issue

We traded in 2 devices, 1 says recieved and other was never even updated as shipped. We have the ups shipping tracking for both that says delivered to warehouse. I have chatted with verizon and they keep saying no worry just wait but nothing is changing. The trade in device is worth $1000 on plan and I dont want to get stuck paying for my new phone.

I have the same issue. I would recommend that you file a claim with your State Attorney's office. I just did the same.
