Has anyone else received these text messages from Verizon. They offered me $800 trade in . Then only want to give you $400. False advertising. They want you to agree to the trade and send your phone them. Then they try to say that it is either not worth the full credit or that the deal does not exist at this time. After days of texting with a rep they agree to change the way it is credit to the bill. But it never happens.
eben25, I'm sorry you were having some trade-in promo issues. We want you to get the promotion you qualified for, and as part of that, sent you a Private Note so we could take a look at this together.
