I recently bought 3 new IPhone 15 pro max's from Best Buy to upgrade existing lines. As part of this deal I was given a trade in value for my old phones and now need to return them so that i can complete my trade in. The problem is, i can't get any help on how to get them traded in. I spent a 1/2 hour with Verizon customer service only for them to tell me that I need to get the return info for the trade ins from Best Buy. Best Buy is saying they don't have that information. I went to a Verizon store and they are saying they couldn't help me because Verizon has no record in the system of the upgraded phones being purchased. This has been ridiculous. How do I go about getting the QR codes I need to drop these trade in phones off at the UPS store? This is a very simple request.
