Again, rather, STILL with a trade in issue. I “talked” with a rep 2 weeks ago (which will make it rep #5 trying to resolve this same issue). My trade in was sent in 5/31/24 and DELIVERED to the Whiteland, IN facility. They apparently can’t find the phone there. After being told by EVERY SINGLE REP I have spoken with that I wouldn’t be charged for the phone, I now have been notified that my promotional credit has been removed because Verizon hasn’t received my trade in phone! It is not my problem that YOUR facility can’t keep track of their deliveries and check them in properly. I need someone, again to please take care of this problem. I have to do my job (or admit that I have messed up if I have), they need to do theirs. I am so over this!

NancyPants1, give me a chance to puit a fresh pair of eyes on the trade that was delivered to the Whiteland, In facility. I do see you have spoken to several persons over the last couple of weeks. Please reply to the private message that will follow and we get into more detail.
