Trade in issues and promotion not honored

I went into the Verizon store in my area during the holidays and participated in the promotion Verizon had that was get an iphone 15, apple watch and Ipad on us. We were told we could trade in any phone, working or not, and we would get the all the above free. We did ask for 256gb on the Ipad and were willing to pay the extra cost for that. I had to return the apple watch because I am allergic to gold and apparently all the watches have gold in them. Ended up paying a $50 "restocking fee" to return an item less than a week later. I mean really, where else do you have to pay a fee for returning a product you are unsatisfied with. The lady at the store also made us disconnect 1 number and get a new number all together.
So to recap: we upgraded an old iphone to a 15, transferred the iphone 13 we had almost paid off to my husband (because he graciously let me get the new phone even though mine was already newer), paid a restocking fee for an apple watch we couldn't use, and added the ipad to the account which was a new number as well.
Well guess what, we sent in the phone (which by the way we were not given any info of where to send it nor were we told it had to be within 30 DAYS!). So they said they would still accept the phone, I received an email stating Verizon received it and then I received another email regarding details of the trade in. It said that after receiving the phone (which worked fine btw) they were only giving us $10 for the phone instead of $899.00 . $10??? WOW. On top of it, they are charging me for the iphone 15, the iphone 13 (which had 4 payments left) starting at payment 1 again, charged me a restocking fee for a watch I don't have, and get this.....increased my bill from $165ish to $320 a month. Where is my promotion???
I've tried chatting with multiple representatives online and have been told repeatedly they were fixing the issue and that I would have the promotion listed as active again and get the full price for the trade-in we sent in. No bill should go up that much for adding an iPad line . How can I get my bill resolved and get some answers? Ridiculous you can't do anything at
