I sent in my iPad to be traded in, I currently do not have a Verizon account, but it’s acceptable to the trade in even without an account. I sent it in, they received it and then never sent me my credit through PayPal. I have email, texted, called multiple multiple times and they are not helpful. Last time I called they said my payment would be there on the first of July, shocker, it’s not. I called yesterday and they told me that my account was on hold? Even thought I don’t have an account, I am sick and tired of talking to Verizon customer service just to be promised a day where my payment will come in, and then it doesn’t.
Do not do the trade in unless you want to spend three months of your life trying to find your money 🙂
