Traded in 3 phones, confirmed eligibility with a rep, finalized contract, sent in phones, got a confirmation email for inspection passed and trade-in being approved for full amount. Trade in was applied to 2 phones only, called to resolve the issue, they confirmed the receipt and approval of the 3rd phone, promised to apply the trade-in credit starting from the next billing cycle, never happened. Spent hours on several chats and phone calls, it has been almost a year and I am still being overcharged monthly!
