Recent sent out 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max to Verizon. They offered to give us 1000k per phone and upgrade to new iPhone 15 pro max. Sent the package last week. Got msg today from ups that package was damaged and all items inside no longer there. I don’t know what to do. Heard so many horror stories already.
