Do not trade in your phone with VERIZON.
We traded 2 phones with Verizon and after providing proof that they were sent they want to bill us for such. UPS tracking system shows one as delivered and the other as lost, but yet Verizon is holding their own customer accountable for such.
I have spent hours on the phone and at the Verizon corporate office and no solution has been provided.
From other posts - I have filed a complained with the FCC and will continue to fight this. We are not going to pay for two devices that are not longer in our possession and in addition we will be switching to a different network. This is the third time we have this exact same problem.
Looks like it’s easier for Verizon to blame the customer instead of dealing with the real responsable - UPS.
