Trade in sent to Whiteland IN

I sent my trades using the verizon qr codes at the usps store on dec 20. Ups shows  them being delivered on dec 22 to RETURN_PROCESSING_CENTER_ADD VERIZON WIRELESS, 45 MISSION R WHITELAND IN 46184- verizon tracker shows them shipped but still not received for over a month now i am being billed back for my trade in credit for the last month and they took away the credit for the future months cs said that IN Address is not verizon.  I’m tired of getting the runaround from verizon  support. Has any one else sent there phones to this address? Who is the direct person I can contact about this to get corrected?

Same issue same address. The crazy thing about it is they sent me a text message saying they received my trade in and my credit was applied. Now all of a sudden they want to act like they didn't receive it. I got receipts and proof that I bought it to the store so

Hey mikenl, I’m currently dealing with this issue. Were they ever able to get yours handled?? I stopped by the store we worked with for the purchase in February this evening and he was very dismissive (Justin at Verizon in Benton Harbor, MI, if anyone is keeping track.) I then spent over an hour on chat with someone (who never gave me their name) and they pushed it off and said it was UPS’s problem (even though UPS shows delivered) then they just dropped the chat before I could respond. 

so, if you have a direct number or name that helped you, that’d be awesome! Thanks for considering.

I'm having the same issue! They want to us to pay $1099! They said it was supposed to go to Texas not Indiana, but this is the lable they provided us with. This is crazy.

Hi Noahcbradley, thank you for reaching out with your trade cocnern. I want to make sure we're aligned as there are a few different scenarios happening in this thread. Did you do your return through a store location or through shipping? If through shipping, was this the return label that was in the original box? I ask because the return label in the original box is if you're returning the purchased phone. Did you do a trade in order anywhere? Thanks in advance.

I ordered my replacement phone at a Verizon store and they sent me a box with a prepaid shipping label. I put my old phone in the box that was provided with the shipping label attached and it was sent to Indiana. I have UPS tracking information. We have addressed this with customer service on at least two different occasions now in which they said they would remove it from our bill and the charge is still showing.

I’m having this same issue! I sent in the phone using the box and label sent to me from Verizon. I’m getting messages from Verizon that they didn’t receive the phone, but I have UPS tracking proof the phone was delivered  tothe Whiteland Indiana address. I still haven’t been charged as it’s not the 30 days yet, but I’m assuming this will happens. How can I make sure I don’t get charged. This is obviously a mistake on Verizon’s behalf .

I upgraded and sent the phone to Verizon In Ft. Worth Texas. UPS is saying there is an issue but I can’t get ahold of them until Monday. It got to the terminal on the 5th and it is the 15th now. I’m not sure what the problem is…

We understand your concerns and we are here to help. You shared that you returned your devices through UPS, was this using a return label provided by Verizon for your account? Do you have the tracking number so that we can take a closer look to see what the status is showing? Have you since received any updates from UPS or Verizon regarding your return?
