Trade-in sent to Whiteland, IN

I took advantage of the promo offer to trade in my iPhone for a new iPhone 15 in February 2024. I followed the instructions EXACTLY on the Verizon website and downloaded the return label provided.

I received an email about 2 weeks later form Verizon saying they had not received the trade-in, so I tracked the package through the UPS tracking number. The package was DELIVERED  and RECEIVED to an address in Whiteland, IN - the address that was on the printed label from VERIZON.

I spent an HOUR on the phone with Verizon today because they are now charging me for the (unreceived, so they say) iPhone. This is RIDICULOUS.

I've been a Verizon customers for over 10 years and I'm seriously considering switching after this disaster.

Not surprised! the something happened to me! I trade 2 iPhones, sent them back following all instruction, took them personally to UPS got received, says delivered! they said they didn't get the phones, and want to charge me I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday ( this was my 3rd time reaching about this! we should report it to the BBB. at least that's what I will do. Good luck

Iโ€™m not too far from that location, if the label says to return there, Iโ€™m driving directly there and hand delivering to someone while on video. Bad enough I ordered a phone in the middle of last week for next day shipping and still have yet to receive a tracking number for it (after paying for the expedited shipping). I already have an updated bill to pay for a device that I havenโ€™t received. Canโ€™t wait for that CS call to only pay for service since I donโ€™t have the hardware in my possession.
