I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 15 Pro, trading in my old phone for a $830 credit.
I received the trade-in kit and dropped it off at a UPS store on 09/28/23. It was actually delivered to the Verizon return center in Texas on 10/02/23.
However, my trade-in status hasn't updated since then. It's been stuck, and it still says, 'shipped on 09/28/23 - On the way to Verizon.'
I've called and chatted with a couple of representatives, but they just give me the same answer: I'll receive the credit once it's received and reviewed. It has been two weeks since the trade-in was delivered, and I'm concerned that I won't receive anything for my old phone, which is the 13 Pro.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
